The Problem
BuildTech was founded because we were tired of bad submittals. During construction there are too many submittals that get passed all the way up to the designer before anyone has taken a serious look at them. These submittals ultimately get rejected and passed back down the chain, wasting time and slowing down the job.
The Solution
We perform an initial review of submittals so instead of receiving a jumbled mess of paperwork, designers review an organized, highlighted document with critical requirements from the specification already called out. Every submittal we review is checked both by our AI system and our in-house engineers.

But we see a future where project stakeholders immediately receive and have 100% confidence in all of their project's submittals, letting them focus on refining the design, collaborating to solve challenges, and delivering excellent products.
How it works
Load Your Specs
The first step is providing BuildTech with your project specifications. We load these into our system to have a basis to review your submittals.
Send A Submittal
When you receive a submittal package from a contractor, forward it to reviews@buildtech.ai. We then get to work reviewing your submittal.
Recieve a Review
The next morning, you will have a reviewed submittal in your inbox containing the submittal package you sent with a cover page summarizing the review as well as any relevant markups.
Only Pay for What You Use
At the end of the month we will send you an invoice for the number of submittal reviews you requested that month.
Our pricing is:
$10 for a 1-20 page submittal
$20 for a 20-50 page submittal
$50 for a 50-100 page submittal
